Hi, I'm Ava, a driven & aggressive defenseman with a passion for fueling my team's offense. When I'm not on the ice, you can find me playing golf, pickleball, camping or staying active through workouts. Family is everything and I love spending time with them during the summer months. I'm also a proud role model for my 2 younger sisters, who share my love for hockey. I also enjoy giving back to my community with local charities & volunteering with Aboriginal & Metis youth hockey players.

  • I am a Metis athlete and have had the honor of representing Team Alberta at the 2024 National Aboriginal Hockey Championships where we got silver and was recently announced as one of the returning defense players for the 2025 roster.
  • I will be representing the U18 Team WestCan at the North American Female Elite Showcase in Blaine, MN & Wizards Summer Showcase this June in Boston.
