I started learning to skate and play hockey with my twin sister, Mackenzie, when we were 2 1/2 years old. Our exposure to hockey was probably planned before we were born by our parents, who grew up in Minnesota and Ontario, Canada. I love getting the opportunity to play hockey, it is such a unique sport that combines strength, agility, decision-making, and teamwork. It presents me with an opportunity to bond with teammates, compete, and continue to improve as an athlete.

One of the starting defensive pairs even though this is my first year in this position. As a 6'0" 165# player size and strength to our defense in front of the nets and in the corners. I've also been placed in several positions on the powerplay- D1, D2, and F3 and have excellent tipping abilities.
