Dave Flint was named the sixth head coach of the women’s ice hockey program in 2008, and has led a women’s hockey renaissance on Huntington Avenue ever since. In 13 seasons behind the bench, Flint has guided Northeastern a 321-140-42 overall record (.680 winning percentage) and has helped the program to its first seven NCAA tournament appearances, six Hockey East tournament championships, five Hockey East regular season titles, four Beanpot crowns and three Frozen Four appearances.
