Greg Sears is the longtime head coach and general manager of the Great Falls Americans in the North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL). Appointed to the position in 2018, Sears has focused on developing players for college hockey and maintaining a competitive, professional-level program, including multiple playoff appearances
