KAREN RICKARD
Karen Rickard is a former University of Wisconsin standout (2000-2004) having received the prestigious Jeff Sauer Award, WCHA Player of the Week (twice), WCHA All-Second Team, Big Ten scholar-athlete, and WCHA All Academic team. She began her coaching career in Dallas, TX and joined Team Colorado (TC) in 2016 for it's inaugural season. She has previously served as the Head Coach for the 14AAA and 16AAA teams before stepping into her current role as Director and 19AAA Head Coach.

- Founded as a single 14U tournament team in 2015-2016, the Team Colorado concept has evolved into a highly structured high performance program, and is the only National Tournament Bound Tier I program sanctioned by CAHA for Girls Hockey in Colorado. The program's mission is "to provide opportunities for elite girls to develop character, life skills and hockey skills to achieve success in college and beyond."
