My name is Lilah Cudney. I currently play for the 16u Amherst Lady Knights, having competed at the Tier 1 level for the last 5 years. I am extremely focused on continuing to develop my skills in hopes to someday compete at the collegiate level. I would be described by my coaches and teamates as dedicated & passionate. I am a right shot defenseman, playing both the left and right side. I've always played a traditional defensive style but continue to push myself to focus/improve my offensive game.
