LORA ARDOIN
Ardoin joins the Pioneer coaching staff after a year of coaching at the Division I level for nearby Union College. Ardoin got a plethora of coaching experience as an Assistant Coach for the Garnet Chargers' Women's Hockey program during the 2023-2024 season. Before coaching at Union, Ardoin spent two seasons as an assistant at Stevenson University, where she was responsible for recruiting, practice planning, and video breakdown.
