I started this program as I feel if there is a need for players to have a better understanding of not only the NCAA process; but the development process as well. We have a very high exposure rate in New England/Atlantic/NY as 75% of DIII schools and close to 30 of the 44 Women's DI schools are located within our geographical area. With our focus on Individual player development, strength & conditioning, game development, as well as personal development, we would love to elevate your game.

We are a Female Tier I AAA Independent Hockey Development program. Our objective is plenty of development and exposure, guiding you not only with your on-ice development; but we will provide the exposure to NCAA Division I & III Women's Hockey Programs. There are many other layers for future collegiate student athletes to prepare for, not just the games that you’ll play; we want to prepare you to be a contributor once you step on campus. We believe that our concentrated development will allow you to be that player.
