SOPHIA PAONE

POSITION: DEFENSESHOOTS: LEFT
I am a physical, highly skilled defenseman who impacts both ends of the ice. I am disciplined in the D-zone with strong reads, elite shot blocking, and an active stick. Offensively, I thrive in transition through my smooth skating, quick puck movement, and hard, accurate shot from all areas of the zone. I pride myself on leading by example and giving my full effort day in and day out. Hockey is my passion, and I am committed to constantly improving my game and doing whatever it takes to win.
