Tara Connolly is an American ice hockey and lacrosse goalie from Simsbury, Connecticut. Connolly graduated from Bowdoin College in 2013, majoring in history and minoring in education. In 2016 she completed a master's degree from Wesleyan University (Conn.) in liberal studies.

She currently serves as an assistant coach at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).
